Weekly Notes
I'll tell you one thing -
please live it, here and now, not later, live this moment, this second,
it's your precious life,
feel it, smell it, dance it and smile.
Stay in the present moment, in the here and now, as if yesterday never existed and tomorrow will never come. And staying in the present moment unifies you with the Universe. When you are totally here, with no yesterday pushing you back, no tomorrow pushing you in the other direction, you are calm, wonderful, fresh. The present doesn’t get old.
When you are simply here, now, time doesn’t exist. You are breathing, you are alive, you are feeling, you are open to everything that can happen around you.
Almost all religions agree on one point: true life begins after death and they teach you to sacrifice. To sacrifice love, to sacrifice life, to sacrifice joy, to sacrifice everything. Don’t sacrifice anything. Don't worry about death, don't worry about heaven or hell, don't worry about other people's Gods. Stay in the life that dances in you, that breathes in you, that lives in you. For that you have to come closer to yourself. Your worries have been pushing you away. You have to come back. Don't live for obligations, live for yourself and for your emotions, don't live someone else's life, you are you, unique. Remember that being alive is a treasure, don't waste a single moment. Take all the juice, all the fragrance, all the grace to blossom.
There is nothing more sacred and divine than life. And life does not consist of great things. All those religious people can tell you: "do big things" and that lie will captivate the ego. But life consists of little things. If you start being attracted to supposedly big things, you are letting life pass you by. Life is about having a cup of tea, about talking to a friend, about taking a walk in the evening, just walking, knowing that at any moment you can turn around, about finding a magic book and discovering its message, about travelling around this tremendously beautiful planet, about looking at exquisite paintings or drawing them yourself, about smelling unique aromas and shuddering, about cooking for a loved one or cooking for yourself, because you love your body too, about washing your clothes, about cleaning the floor, about watering the garden, all that very small things, or greeting a stranger with whom you have no business. The person who can greet a stranger can also greet a flower, can also greet a tree, can also sing a song to the birds. Smile.
I don't want to force you to do anything, I am not teaching, I know you will learn in your own way. Just remember to enjoy it all.
Try at least for your own curiosity this week to make some tiny changes...
May be you will like it...
See you! ❤️
